Guesthouse Katanka is right in the center of the city and offers accommodation in a big and comfortable house with bright and open spaces.
The house is part of a villa made in 1920 and it has been completely renovated in September 2015 respecting its original charm, but adapting to our traveler´s needs.

Our house stretches 500m2 of indoor and outdoor space.
Coming in Katanka you will find yourself in a garden patio and a chillout zone, from here you will go inside the house then to the reception.
The house consists of eleven bright private rooms.
Each room has a bed (double or king) size with a desk, closet, hangers, towels and linen.
The rooms “Katanka”, “Arte”, "Cuerda" y "El Muro" include a double bed or two single beds and can accommodate up to 3 people by adding an extra bed for an additional cost.
The bathrooms are very stylish and comfortable with showers, sinks and soap. They are cleaned up three times a day.

The large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are available to guests, from breakfast to dinner and are the perfect places to feel at home.
Guesthouse Katanka is a suitable place for disabled people.
Outside there is a private garden with a variety of native plants, a play area for the little guests and shade from a large ficus covering a chillout area. The outside area is a very relaxing place to read a book while sipping a cup of tea in the morning or have a drink in the evening.
