You can rent one of our private rooms for a short or long stay enjoying a large and comfortable house with bright and open spaces.

THE HOUSE
Guesthouse Katanka is located in a 1920s villa that spans 500m2 of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Entering the establishment you will find yourself on a patio with a garden and a relaxation area, from where you enter the house through our reception.
The house has 2 floors and consists of eleven bright, comfortable rooms full of small details.
Each room has a bed (double or king-size), a desk, a wardrobe, as well as bed linen and towels.
Some of our rooms can be arranged with a double bed or two single beds and can accommodate up to 3 people adding an extra bed at an additional cost.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel at home. In addition there is an area with a piano, easel and paintings available to the most creative clients.
Another dining room with a terrace is located on the first floor and will be the perfect place to enjoy your meal, read a book or relax in the sun.

In the bathrooms there are spacious showers, toilets, hair dryers and soaps.
Our Wi-Fi (300Mbps) perfectly reaches all the spaces of the house, in our reception you can print documents and make photocopies.
